Absolutely not. As a matter of fact, Olumia Life doesn’t even contain a traditional calorie counter. Instead, getting the right of calories is built into the system. We use dietary guidelines, recipes and other Nutrition suggestions to keep you eating healthy without requiring you to crunch numbers as soon as you put down the fork.
