Olumia Life is designed to be flexible, so you can expect great results no matter where you train. That said, the workouts themselves will differ based on whether you are at home or the gym. You’ll still enjoy the same level of comprehensive fitness, but working out at home will not involve as much expensive equipment as the gym.
Home workouts can be completed with simply a set of free weights (barbells, dumbbells or both) and an exercise ball. This equipment covers all your strength and core training. Cardio exercises often don’t require any equipment at all, like jogging or aerobics, or use equipment you may have already, like cycling.
