Forgot to track your sleep? No problem! You are still able to track and gain points for your sleep using our Manual Entry method.
To manually log your sleep, go to the Sleep section to Track Your Sleep and select "Manual Entry" towards the top of the page. You will be asked for your bedtime and wake up time; Olumia will then score your sleep and reward you the appropriate number of points!
Please note that you can also do this for naps!
