Basically, a good pre-bed activity includes any activity in which you don’t need to be fully engaged, doesn’t cause any stress and don’t require you to be in bed. This might mean reading a book, watching TV, playing video games, listening to music or taking a warm bath.
If you do one of these regularly, it can actually become a signal to your body that it should start preparing for rest, making it part of your Pre-Bed Routine.
