Leveling up your Personal Training can be done by following your exercise-by-exercise training plan and completing all exercises.
What makes up a level? Within each Level is 3 Parts and each Part contains Cardio, Core and (optional) Resistance training. Complete all 3 Parts to Level up! Ideally, each level should take you about 7 days, however you can move through quicker if you feel you need a tougher workout schedule.
