You can definitely do some extra cardio! To log cardio on top of your Personal Training plan, we recommend you tap on the orange Fitness bar on the My Olumia section and choose "Log an activity". From there, you should select the cardio activity you did along with the amount of time it took. Do this and receive bonus points for your hard work!
