The Fitness system assesses your current progress, including your age, weight, etc., and crafts a workout routine perfect for you. These exercises, their variety, order, and progression are determined by scientific data and the real-world experience of our in-house physicians.
The Olumia Fitness system does the work for you, offering new exercises, alternative exercises and tips along the way. So, follow along with your exercise-by-exercise Personal Training plan to gain weekly Fitness points and level up! How do you level up? Within each Level is 3 Parts and each Part contains Cardio, Core and (optional) Resistance training. Complete all 3 Parts to Level up! Ideally, each level should take you about 7 days, however you can move through quicker if you feel you need a tougher workout schedule.
In addition to Personal Training, Olumia also allows you to get credit for other types of exercises you do, we call these Activities and activities can range from intense running, weight-lifting and yoga, all the way to gardening, housework, and walking.
