Definitely! If you feel like you are not ready for weight training (Resistance training) then you can simply pause it and still be able to complete level!
To pause your Resistance training, open up the Resistance section and swipe the button along the top. Once you complete the swipe, you will be prompted about the change. Follow the directions and you will pause resistance!
This way, if you are not ready for strength training at the moment, you can continue through the program with Resistance paused.
