It can take 2-10 minutes to pull in your step data, but once it’s connected and running properly it should update automatically on a frequent basis! If this is not happening right now then try logging out of your Fitbit account and re-logging in to re-establish the connection. Also, check to make sure you have the Fitbit app downloaded and running in the background.
